Tartare de saumon, avocat et mangue, un classique !

Mais si vous n’avez jamais essayé ce merveilleux combo alors il faut absolument l’essayer ! C’est la parfaite période pour un tartare frais, sain aux notes exotique et rafraîchissante.
Vous pouvez remplacer le saumon frais par du saumon ou même de la truite fumée mais aussi par un poisson blanc tel que la dorade.
À consommer en entrée ou en plat comme ici, cette recette accompagnée de riz basmati froid All dente ou d’une belle salade est idéal.

INGRÉDIENTS (pour 2 personnes)

- 250 g de filet de saumon sans peau (bien choisir son saumon)
- 1 mangue mûre
- 1 oignon rouge
- 1 gros avocat
- Une poignée de coriandre
- 1/2 citron vert pressé
- 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive vierge pressée à froid
- Sel et piment de Cayenne (ou de poivre)
PRÉPARATION
- Dans un saladier, râpez le zeste du demi-citron et pressez le 1/2 citron vert puis ajouter l’huile d’olive, mélanger. Pelez et hachez l’oignon rouge et ajoutez-le à votre saladier que vous conserverez au frais.
- Détaillez le saumon à l’aide d’un bon couteau en petits dés et conserver vos dés au frais.
- Épluchez la mangue, et coupez-la en petits dés, répéter la même chose pour l’avocat l’avocat.
- Effeuillez et ciselez la coriandre. Dans votre saladier, réunissez le saumon, l’avocat, la mangue, la coriandre.
- Laisser votre préparation 15-20 minutes au frais avant de déguster votre tartare.
